Regression Therapy

Through Regression you are taken back (regressed) to an early stage in your life in order to achieve what you would like to achieve. For some it could be a journey of exploration, for others it could be a search to a solution of an annoying issue.

Some people believe in Regression therapy and have proven facts, others are dubious and have their doubts. Regression is definitely a tool to assist the individual in their search.

Regression therapy uses Hypnosis as a technique to take you back in time. Remember that "Hypnosis is an altered state of consciousness in which you enter a certain level of deep relaxation called the hypnotic state. As a result, you are able to better focus on specific issues and/or subjects without distractions."

When in the hypnotic state, the therapist will guide you along this road of discovery

So, how does it work?

When you are in a hypnotic state, the therapist is able to communicate with your subconscious mind through hypno-dialogue. (A hypno-dialogue is a form of communication between the client's subconscious mind and the therapist). This dialogue often leads to the core of your request/issue.

Some clients will remember every little detail afterwards, some may only remember a few details.

Would Regression therapy be something for me?

Regression therapy is a very useful tool in order to explore your curiosity to certain habits you may have, interests you may have, people and relationships.

Regression therapy can also be very helpful and successful in order to solve issues such as fear, anxiety, bad habits, relationships, sleeping problems, and more.

Is regression therapy a safe tool to use?

When used correctly, it is a very safe tool to use. Working with a therapist it is very important that he/she is fully qualified as an accredited hypnotherapist.
